Payments and Data
We hold no data about our clients bank accounts on our servers.
Payment is made to us either via direct debit or by credit card.
Where direct debit is used we only use clients bank details to submit to the bureau SmartDebit. The details are not then available to us again – we are provided with a token to allow subsequent transactions.

Where we accept payment via credit or debit card we use the Paypal gateway and do not store the details of the card at all. Paypal say:
“PayPal is committed to handling your customer information with high standards of information security. We use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, we enforce physical access controls to our buildings and files, and we authorise access to personal information only for those employees who require it to fulfil their job responsibilities.”

We hold names and addresses of our customers for accounting purposes on secure servers, completely separated from our web servers.

Our website holds no customer data at all.
